Lauren McGarity
Executive Director

Lauren founded WinWin, Inc. in 1992, and continues to be the organization's president and executive director. Under her direction, WinWin has been nationally recognized as an innovative leader working with children and adults in the field of conflict management education. Her collaborations with state departments of education and corrections, state and federal agencies and community organizations improve people's understanding of themselves and others, strengthen relationships and systemically build assets in youth and adults.

Jo Dee Davis
Education Director

Jo Dee has 40 years of teaching experience, with students of all ages in public and religious school settings. A mediator and mediation trainer, she understands how to teach the specific skills that make mediation and other conflict management and resolution processes work. She has a passion for creating environments to include those with learning, physical or emotional differences and those who speak a different language and come from many cultures.

Reginald A. Wilkinson
Development Ambassador

Dr. Wilkinson is the Executive Director of the Ohio Business Alliance for Higher Education and the Economy. He recently retired as the Director of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, a position he held since 1991. At the time of his retirement, Reggie was the longest serving director of corrections in the nation. Wilkinson is a Past President of both the Association of State Correctional Administrators and the American Correctional Association. He has recently stepped down as the President and Executive Director of the International Association of Reentry as well as Vice Chair for North America of the International Corrections and Prisons Association.

Randi Love
Evaluation

Randi is a Clinical Associate Professor at The Ohio State University School of Public Health, Division of Health Behavior/Health Promotion and a consultant for the Columbus Health Department. A former Health Policy Analyst, Randi is passionate about effective violence intervention and prevention initiatives. Her expertise drives WinWin's "You think so, prove it" approach to its research-based education, resources and tools.

Denise "Dinky" Youngsteadt-Parrish
Office Staff & Facilitator

Denise "Dinky" Youngsteadt-Parrish has worked with private non-profits for more than 30 years. Her experience ranges from providing direct service to being an executive director. Dinky has worked on issues of poverty and hunger and its impact on individuals, their families and communities. Additionally, Dinky is a First Degree Black Belt in Karate and teaches self-defense and personal safey. She is the mother of two teenage children.

Rana Walker
Facilitator

A mediator practitioner and a Mom, Rana has a strong commitment toward strengthening families and communities. She brings her high energy style and life experiences to her facilitation of our Families-Together program.

Najeeuallah
Facilitator

Motivated by his faith, Najeeuallah learned new skills and thinking during his incarceration. As a result of his personal growth and development, he is now a valuable asset in helping others to navigate the transition from incarceration to being healthy, positive contributors to their communities.

Mollie Mulvanity
Research

Mollie is an Accreditation Specialist with the Council on Education for Public Health and holds a Master's of Public Health from The Ohio State University. Her work with WinWin complements her commitment to holistic approaches to community health and violence prevention. Mollie's professional experience includes working as an advocate for prisoners and their families.

Madeleine Trichel
Faith-based Initiatives

Interfaith Center for Peace, Director. Since 1982, ICP has brought its violence prevention and conflict management work to faith communities and educational settings in the United States and abroad. Under Madeleine's leadership, ICP and WinWin have collaborated for more than a decade working together in community, education and corrections settings.

Marty Oppenheimer
Instructor

An education specialist, Marty has helped countless schools to create educational systems centered on ALL children. He is a compassionate expert on people's learning differences. Marty's work with WinWin includes teaching adults and children how to use what we know about the brain and learning to understand each other's different learning needs.
