    (6 -18 hours)

    • Expands understanding of school conflict.
    • Develops skills for conflict management by increasing ability to:
      • Respond and take thoughtful action at the moment of conflict.
      • Support others by modeling and expecting appropriate behaviors.
      • Prevent destructive conflict by teaching and practicing new skills to create and nurture a peaceable environment

    • Using the Let's Get Together process and materials to consider, evaluate and change policies and procedures.
    • Continuous Improvement planning.
    • Solving Problems and Planning.

    Let's Get Together for Student Interventions™
    IAT application: Using the LGT Process for Decision-Making, Managing Conflict and Change and materials to conduct student interventions.
